Comment on different blogs to drive new traffic; it is an essential way to increase your blog’s traffic. Leave your blog’s URL in your comment, so you create a link back to your own blog.  Comments should be meaningful to make people to click on your link to read more. You should respond to comments left on your blog to show your readers that you value their opinions.

Read and link to other blogs and ask them to link back to you. Use Links and Trackbacks. Linking helps to be noticed by other bloggers who try to find the blogs, linking to them. Blogs that allow trackbacks leaving include a link back to your blog in the comments section of the post that you originally linked to. People often use trackback links. You can also email other bloggers.

Set up an RSS feed button on your blog; it will help readers to read your blog and know the time you publish new content. Use the keywords that your audience is most likely to use in the titles.

Add tags to your blog posts – the additional traffic tags can drive to your blog. Tags are also noticed by search engines.

Images and video make your blog look attractive; they help people find you in search engine listings. Search engine optimization in naming your images can enlarge your traffic too.
